Our Foundations are typically built below ground and form the base for any structure. Its function is to distribute the load of the structure into the soil. All external load-bearing walls will be founded on concrete strip footings or raft foundations as indicated on the working drawings or as per the engineer’s plan.
Houses are built with 140mm concrete blocks for external walls and 90mm concrete blocks for internal walls. Our front and back doors are standard solid wood doors with steel frames. We also offer standard residential aluminium window frames with handles and catches as indicated on the working drawings.
Tuscan roofs—think rustic charm and timeless elegance. They usually feature terracotta tiles, which are a signature element in Tuscan architecture, giving that warm, reddish-orange hue. These tiles are often rounded or S-shaped, creating a wavy pattern that catches the light beautifully.
External walls will be plastered and painted. Plastered surfaces are to be painted with two coats of quality PVA as per developer’s choice. All exposed structural timber is to receive two coats of carbolineum.
